Teaches students handcuffing techniques in the standing, prone, are sitting position. Student must be a law enforcement officer, security officer, correctional officer, personal protection officer or bail enforcement agent. Required Gear: -Handcuffs -Handcuff Pouch -Handcuff Key -Valid form of Identification/ Employed agency ID will be needed as well.
